We loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs - close to the airport and with easy access to transportation. Additionally, the front desk was open 24 hours, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The staff members at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor and furnishings added a nice touch and enhanced our overall experience. Lastly, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially for those flying in or out of Naples, as it was close to the airport.
The noise level from the surrounding area could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and in the center of Naples. the breakfast, served in the Caffè area, is tasty and the front desk is open 24/7. Some rooms even have nice views of the surroundings. the room I stayed in was noisy and had poor hygiene standards, with dirty toilets and insects in the shower.

Located outside of the hustle and bustle, this hotel was a perfect place to have a quiet and peaceful New Year. The free transportation to nearby attractions was a great perk, especially for those who prefer not to drive. With a friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast that included a variety of options, our stay was a pleasant one.
While some may enjoy the quiet location, keep in mind that this hotel is far from city centers and restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

The hotel was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The front desk staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult.
